Location: Cog Railway up to 4350′

13cm new at base of Cog with roughly 14-15cm new at 4350′. F hard new snow Moist water content was over a base of P and K hardness crusts, decomposing crusts and small facets. Winds: C from NW below 3800′ with intermittent L from NW above with BloSno L (intermittent). No results from Compression Tests and no instabilities noted. Winds shifted at ~2:30pm to W above 3000′ and were Moderate. Skiing was fair with tracked powder over crust.
