Location: Gulf of Slides

The prior day we observed last week’s thin rain crust along the Cog. For Sunday, this was not to be found in the Gulf of Slides nor was it found on the way from Pinkham Notch. BloSno was nil during mid day. Precip: S-1 to S1. Some easy hand shear tests were noted at the bottom of Main Gully. In the bottom of Gully #3, with an HS of 155cm, we got a CTH Score 23 55 down. Prior rain crusts in the pit were crumbling/faceting. Very good skier packed powder skiing with good coverage was had all the way down to Pinkham Notch.
