Location: Left Gully, Tuckerman Ravine
Around 12:45 near Hermit Lake the temperature was 32F degrees at 3800′ with moderate West winds. I observed strong gusts and blowing snow near ridgelines. Soft and shallow deposits of wind blown snow can be found in gullies and isolated pockets on leeward terrain features. No new avalanches in Tuckerman Ravine. Portions of the Sherburne Trail are thin and rocky with frequent water crossings.
